IG Live Sales

 

We hold live crystal sales every Monday evening at 8PM EST at @LUNARISMAGICA on Instagram, unless otherwise announced via our social media platforms. In these live shows, you are able to make claims on items that catch your eye before they are posted as listings on this website.

 

It is customary that new participants peruse our live sale etiquette and guideline highlights prior to making any claims. You can find this info on our Instagram page’s highlights, labeled ‘POLICIES.’ Following our guidelines keeps the process between claiming and opening your packages as smooth, and as QUICK as possible for everyone involved!

 

A claim is a FINAL commitment to purchase. Trades and put-backs are not accepted. Nonpayment can lead to a ban from participating in future live sales. So please be 100% sure you want an item before laying a claim down for it!

 

 

 

Invoicing After Live Sales

 

Invoices following our weekly live sales take anywhere between 2-24 hours after the show to be listed on the site, and will always be announced via our Instagram stories the morning after the live sale. After having participated in a live sale, you can find your invoice the following day by visiting this website, clicking on the collection “LIVE SALE,” and adding the listing corresponding to your Instagram username to your cart.

 

By making your live sale purchases available in this fashion, you will also be able to make last minute additions to your purchase by visiting our other collections, such as our crystals available for direct purchase under “CRYSTALS,” as well as our Apothecarium products and stickers/prints.

 

 

 

Payment

 

We announce when live sale invoices are up and running via our Instagram stories. Invoice payments are due within 24 hours after the announcement. Please make sure you’ve turned post notifications on for our Instagram stories so you can be punctual on your payments.

 

After 24 hours, in the event of nonpayment, your abandoned items will be put back in the table and open for claims from other participants. You will be banned from participating in future live sales, but will still have the ability to purchase individual listings via our non-live sale collections here on this website.

 

In a case by case basis, we can waive the 24 hour deadline due to extenuating circumstances, such as an issue with your payment method via your bank, a holdup at work, etc. However, this must be communicated as soon as the issue at hand arises, and a conversation between us must be had in order for me to grant an extension.

 

We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay—in addition we also have payment plan options where you break up the total cost in four biweekly installments.

 

 

 

Turnaround/Shipping

 

Order fulfillment takes place THE MINUTE payment has cleared—or the following business day in the instance that orders are cleared after hours. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address provided to us during your checkout, as soon as your shipping label has been printed.

 

Orders are *always* shipped out Friday mornings and usually arrive the following Monday-Wednesday.

At the moment, we can only accept orders based in the US. We are working towards opening up access internationally—Any and all updates will be announced on our social media platforms!

We do our best to ensure every order is extra protected before handing them off to be delivered to you. EVERY item is given our trademark Cancerian TLC as if they were a part of our personal collection . They are individually insulated with layers and layers of bubble wrap, and placed into insulated packaging that makes absolutely sure your items do not budge from Point A to Point B.

 

Because our primary carrier is USPS, all packages are shipped as USPS Priority Mail, and given insurance automatically. If anything happens to your order where the quality has been compromised as a result of negligence during the mailing process, issues are to be taken up to USPS directly, and you will be reimbursed to their fullest ability. 

 

Additional insurance via Route is available as a checkout add on, if you choose to take that extra-EXTRA step towards protecting your new babies!

 

Your orders take anywhere between 2-4 business days to make their way to their forever homes from the moment the package is in USPS’ possession.

 


 

Returns

 

All purchases with Lunaris Magica are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds of any kind, unless it is something we have had a two-way conversation about, and I’ve given you the okay to go forward with reimbursement. In the case of refunds granted due to circumstances that have been discussed, a single-use discount code for store credit, reflecting the amount of money in question, will be provided for your next purchase.
